Aaghhh!! Late blight.

What a bummer of a season for tomatoes in my area!!
First I had Fusarium, which effectively downed all my production crop. Had to buy Toms for processing!!
Now I find Late Blight on some heirlooms I have been testing to see if we like them. I did check with Cornell and it's definite, pulled them all, about to spray everything with brewed Biotamax, in the hope I can quash any future problems.
This raises a question. Is late blight transmitted by the seed, or is it strictly air bourne?
