Default lignapeat instead of peat moss?

I've been looking for peat moss to make my own seed-starting mix, and I came across a product called lignapeat that's available at a couple places locally in bulk (by the cubic foot, so I can buy what I need and won't have to store a whole bale of peat moss somewhere).

Has anyone used lignapeat in seed-starting mixes?
