Default Is This Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus?

Hello Tomatoville, I wanted to know if my dwarves suffer from Tomato yellow leaf curl virus, and if not I want you to help me identify what it is and how to fight it:
So I transplanted these on the first days of March, I believe, when temps ranged between the high 30s and the low 60s. They started to get brown spots on their leafs, so I cut all of the affected leaves, and while the brown spots never appeared again on the remaining leaves, their growth was stunted as they turned yeallow. I am really worried since some dwarf tomato plants are really healthy. This also happened last year and the dwarf plants died when July's heat waves hit us.
