Default tomatoes

When placing them in larger containers, I watered to strongly.
A couple days later, the soil is stilll very moist, the leaves feel very weak and one tomato has got a couple white spots.
I suppose it's damage from overwatering.
Can I do something to help them?
Will it solve itself?
They are in the greenhouse.
