Default I think I have Septoria

I was away for the weekend and when I came back I noticed black spots on all of the leaves of my three young tomato plants. I have never seen someting spread so fast and so early in the season. I quickly sprayed each plant with copper fungicide spray. How often do I need to do this and are the plants salvagable?
