AlittleSalt BANNED FOR LIFE Join Date: May 2014 Posts: 13,333	My wife gave a coworker friend a bunch of our tomatillos and peppers (Tabasco, Serrano, and Jalapeno). The Tabasco peppers are extremely hot this year. Many people have told us they have never eaten a tabasco pepper that hot. The coworker sent us back a jar of light green colored hot sauce that she made with our donated vegies, and it tastes unbelievable. It isn't as hot as eating the raw pepper. I guess cooking peppers tames some of the heat?
