Started Planting Out Yesterday
Yesterday, May 2nd I began planting out.
It's the earliest I have ever done so. With the weather forecast predicting highs in the upper seventies to low eighties over the next ten days, how could I not? Even the lows overnight only drop to the upper forties to mid fifties. I've had black weed barrier on my planting ares for the past week so my soil temperature was showing approx. 59 F throughout. It's going to take me a few days of planting to get everything in the ground but with early May weather here acting like it's June I can't ignore it.
