Default Fungus control for Mycorriza Inoculated Plants

As Michael had pointed out in the fungicide recommendations thread, not all fungicides are suitable for use with mycorriza inoculated plants. The recommended products I have found so far are listed below.
1. Actinovate-Soil borne and foliar diseases. Organic
2. CBF-2606 by ecochem-Organic product that destroys fungal disease on contact.
3. Ethoprop
4. Thiophanate
5. Ethazole
6. Captan
7. Maneb
8. Ridomil
9. Aliette

Most of us are familiar with Captan and Maneb. You can go to the "Natural remedies for disease control" thread also for more organic home remedies as well.
If you want more information on #3 thru # 9 you can check out the "PAN" website mentioned in another thread or go to the following sites I came across and just enter the product name. Ami
