What is wrong with these seedlings?

I've a problem with one variety, all my other seedlings look completly normal and I don't have any pests here.
To be very honest, I'm not that surprised, I just shouldn't have bought seeds from ebay

I'm still curious what it might be and if I should keep them or not.




After the first one (right) turned out quite weird I've put some more seeds under the earth but as you can see, they all show the same problem. Compared to other seedlings the same age they are growing very slowly and eaven the first real leafs seem to look a bit weird.

Any ideas?
