Knock on wood, but we don't seem to have tomato hornworms here. But when I sprinkle Dipel dust on my delphiniums, I coat them fairly well. They aren't completely coated, but I try to get at least some on all surfaces as well as the ground around them. I only have to apply it once on the delphs. Good luck!
