tomatoes tasted so far!
So far I've tried the folowing:
Manalucie --really good! will grow again Sioux Quarter Century -these 2 are YUMMY, as always! Gary O' Sena good flavor, not great texture(huge!) Cherokee Purple good, but nothing to write home about(at least I got an edible 1 this year) Rutgers now one of my favorites-really good! Marglobe very good Purple Dog Creek really good- a little too mild for a sandwich, but would be perfect in soup or something like that(haven't tried it yet) I've picked a Ponderosa Red & several Traveler, but they need to sit a couple more days. I'm anxiously awaiting Cherokee , Red Barn, & Giant Belgium --they are all green still. |
