I do end up making sauce and soup from some, but most are preserved in jars. Either plain, or as relish etc. And of course many are eaten fresh. And there are always way too many. Dont know why I do it. Every autumn Im convinced I will grow less next season to ease the burden a little, but instead I just grow even more. Hmmm.
