Default Which fruit shapes are recessive/dominant?

If everything goes to plan I might try to cross a couple of my plants for fun. One cross in particular I want to try involves an Ox heart x Beefsteak. However I don't know which shape is dominant/recessive or if it matters which way I cross them (Ox heart x Beefsteak or Beefsteak x Ox heart). My goal would be to produce an Ox heart shaped hybrid.

I'm guessing if I take pollen from a Beefsteak and pollinate an Ox heart, that the product will be an Ox heart shaped tomato. Am I correct?
