New Guy New Problem

i have always started my plants from seed however this year a couple of my plants the leaves are starting to curl inward,i am using Pro-Mix growing medium and using a 4 foot long six bulb T-5 Growing light, when i say curling inwards i mean they are like rolling up they have been fed with fish emulsion and liquid seaweed kelp they are otherwise healthy plants some are even bending like the light is to bright for them ? is this possible.....i will try to post some pictures if you think this will help
