Hi,
I originally sent Sand Hill the seeds for Red Star to trial, because though similar in shape to Ceylon, I believed them to be superior in flavor and holding quality, and also less seedy. Glen agreed with me, and now has them for sale.
They are not related to Ceylon as far as I know.
