Default Update on Late Blight

I told tgs, Tom, that I'd be back leter today to give some links to updates on the LB situation and I'll be darned if I can find that post, and since there are LB disscussions and links buried here and there in threads where a DX was asked for I thought I'd just start a new thread with the latest updates.
