ddrsheden Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Bushnell, Illinois Posts: 38	Canning Black Tomatoes? I have an abundance of Carbon tomatoes. I know acid level is a concern for canning yellow or even pink tomatoes..what about ones?
