Default Can Wilt Ever Go Away?

I had not planted tomatoes in my raised bed for three years as all my plants wilted and died then. This year I planted 16 new resistant plants and now they are all dead from wilt but one and he is not looking too good at all. Is there ever a way to "clean" this soil so I can have my favorite crop again? I really thought three years of no 'maters being grown there would do it and boy,was I ever wrong.
