Color Blind
It seems we are all sticklers for history, leaf type, size and shape. What happened in the color area?!?!? I have yet to pick a "yellow Brandywine"
or a Black tomato. Why is it called Dr.Wyches "Yellow" tomato? Heres one that kills me Big White Pink Stripe. Is everyone color blind? The fact of the matter is Yellow somehow transferred to orange, light yellow became white, dark red, brown or purple became black. Why are we so picky about everything else but one of the finest things about an heirloom tomato........THE COLOR!!!! Icelord |
