Default Composted Manure and Mushrooms

Super hard to grow okra here, but a local farmer gave me a soil recipe and a design for a germinating box that he uses. He starts his seeds in simple plastic cups. So I used some clear plastic cups and:

8-quarts Gardner & Bloome Seed Starter
6-quarts Coconut Coir
4-quarts Gardner & Bloome Farmyard Blend
2-quarts Earthworm Castings
1-quart Screened Sand

Now I have tiny little mushrooms that you can see in the soil through the clear cups. I am assuming it is from the Farmyard Blend.

Is this bad? What should I do?
