GoBig's May 23 2010 update (pics)
Well the plants went in last Friday May 14th and seem to have adjusted well to their outside containers (all 20" containers).
The first pic is of the 5 tomatoes on the left side of my garage (tomatoberry, BWS, Cowlicks, Lucky Cross and Mule Team) The second pic is the right side of the garage from left to right Cowlicks and Brandy Boy. The third pic is of two anaheim peppers in a pot I snuck onto my wifes flower deck One is big chili hybrid and the other is an OP from Mairiana's do not have the name handy. The fourth and fifth pic are of the upper deck off our master bedroom fisrt of NAR and Creole the second of Earl of Edgecombe and Crynkovic Yugoslavian (sp?) The final pic is of my woods project for this year where I am growing 3 ground cherries where I save seeds from two fruits from my aunts garden that we visited after her funeral last year. I also have a Serrano pepper (in cage) and a lone Habenero that was planted a few weeks later and did not have a home so it went in (it may not be visable in the picture). I will try and post an update every few weeks again this year. Happy Gardening all!!! P.S. It has been snowing here for the last 5 days (lots of cotton wood trees around us) so that is what you see on the leaves. |
