Default Help for a Newbie!!

I was checking out my Reisenstraubs tonight and to my horror I saw hundreds of tiny little pink bugs attached to the stems!! They are mostly concentrated where there are blooms and down the stem from there. I see no damage as of yet though.

What are they and will the kill my plants and how do I get rid of them?

On the up side. I noticed that there are probably at least 20 fruit starting!!

Thanks,
Neil
