Amazon Chocolate-A Beautiful Tomato
This is the second year I've grown Amazon Chocolate and this variety ceases to amaze me. 09 I grew the RL version and this year grew the PL, seed courtesy of Suze. This years plant as all my plants was not set out till 1 June and 2 weeks later was hit with a hailstorm. Two weeks later started the heat wave that lasted 2 1/2 weeks with temps in the mid 90's. None of this phased AC as it had the best fruit set out of all my plants, first to have ripe fruit and no disease problems. Here are pictures of three fruits I picked the other day and the plant which I'm growing in a 7 gal container. Taste is excellent and it's all meat. Two of the fruits were in the 300 gram range and the other was 250 grams. Ami
