Tomato Juice - I have questions???

I want to make juice this year, I thought I had a juicer, but it turns out my wife returned it after last year's EB and NO fruit.
1. What's the best juicer, IYO? Reasonably priced (under $150)
2. Are the seeds still viable after juicing? Can I still save them?
3. How long, approximately, is the juice good for without canning? Or should I just can most of it? Or should I freeze it? Or what is your suggestion?
4. Do I need a recipe, or is it just add salt to taste?
