I did have another idea as well...or combination of ideas...
Maybe get some big PVC pipe and cut it about a foot long... plant all my plants then put it over the plants and tap it into the ground so the top of the pipe is poking out of the ground 6 or 8 inches high. In a month or two when the weeds get thick I can weed eat and not worry about hitting a plant that I want. |
