Default Question about mix for Smart Pots

Our county landfill is now making compost from grass clippings, leaves and finely ground wood/limbs. Prior to this year, I have used a mix of black cow with some pulverized lime and penningtons tomato fertilizer in my 30 gallon smart pots, with good results.

Would the compost from the landfill be too rich or hot for the tomato plants or could I mix this in some fashion with black cow?

Thanks
