Tomato plant relative sizes

Anyone have any idea of the relative sizes of any of these? I'm going to be making CRW cages, probably multiple sizes so I can nest them in winter, and also using some ultomato cages I already have on whatever is smallest I guess. Maybe I'll recombine some ultomato cages to make them bigger, and give more support. Maybe I'll use some poles from some to help anchor the CRW cages.
