First time growing this variety... picked it up from local nursery unlike most that I grow from seed. Variety is a potato leaf and grows very nice large looking fruit. That's where it ends as the fruit is very bland to me.
I have other varieties growing beside it that taste great. I have seen mention that this variety was comparable to Brandywine.. no way in my book. Has anyone else have differing opinions? Maybe I got a bad plant or crossed. |
