Default List of Dwarf Indeterminate Varieties?

Has anyone created a comprehensive list of known dwarf indeterminate tree-type (ISI) varieties (including commercial hybrids), minus "Dwarf Project" varieties still in development?

If not, I'd like to attempt such a list here.

Thanks!
