Default Is this some sorts of deficiency?

Most of new leaves on my Yellow Riesentraube have yellowing and dried areas beween veins. Lower and older leaved are fine. Could this be potassium or some other mineral deficiency? None of my other plants have similar symptoms. The affected plants are all in same SWC.
