Default Black Spot?

One of my Sheyenne tomato plants is developing black spots on yellowing leaves. Hopefully image is attached.

I'm thinking black spot.

There are some yellowing leaves on my other plants but not as much. I'm thinking too that this plant may have been a little more stressed as it is close to the path and the spots appeared after a jag of long, heavy, cool rains.

What thinks ye?
