Default Tuxhorn's Red and Yellow

I have been waiting all season for this one. The plant was given to me in late May. It was started late... foliage bushy, lots of flowers - ONE fruit. Luckily it was a big one - 496 grams.

So we cut it up...

Beautiful!

The taste was fantastic. The skin was very thick, but the inside tasted as good as it looked. Juicy, fruity... quite a strong taste! Saved lots of seed... I will grow it again next year but start the seedlings in time & try the electric toothbrush to give it a better chance at setting more fruit!!!
