Hollow Seed Chamber -

Hope all is well everyone !
Been battling some blight in my garden -
Buts its to be expected (tis the season, lol) -

Anyway, after a alot of really nice harvests,
I've noticed when I cut some of the tomatoes open,
sometimes there is a hollow seed chamber,
that resembles a peppers insides ~

Why does this happen ; & is there some kind
of evironmental change I could do to stop it ?
