Default Orange Heirloom/Stone/Great White

Here's what I had for dinner the other night on a BT sandwich. No lettuce around....

From left to right we have:

Orange Heirloom- A great fruity tasty orange beef steak variety with a nice tart bite.

Stone - Livingston variety which produces large quantities of solid (read firm) red slicers. Flavor leans to the tart side
and is quite good.

Great White - Grown on foster farm, so no growing report. Mild tasting and nicely shaped fruit.
