Need help please !

I was told in another forum that I needed to add compost/humus to my garden.

The stuff/brand I was told to get is not sold at any Walmart within 50 miles and Lowe's quit carrying it that very week.

I don't know anything about such things. I garden like I saw my father in law doing. I have always added 10-10-10 and lime and thats it other than a little Miracle grow now and then.

So, Now I am told I need organic matter, something I don't understand but I'm willing to do if only I had a clue as to what I need.

The choices are slim, Black cow or one of the following
