Default June rain

Now Sunday morning, my plants have been deep in the ground for 9 days and were starting to grow with new dark leaves on top before this 2-3inch of rain.
last June this happened just like this and stopped all my plants from growing, after 45 days in July they started growing again. Most were terrible under 3ft tall by summers end small fruit then fungas i picked my fruit as they died and rippened inside. All my neighbors never got fruit till very late summer, lets hope this is a different year. There is a rumor that the sun will come out in 3 days from today.
