Default What is the worst thing that can happen to tomatoes?

I know there many options when it comes to pest and disease control.
Actinovate , Exel Lg , Serande, Neem oil etc. and people seem to use a combination.

But these products are pretty expensive. If you were to pick one product to offer the most important type of protection which would it be? From what I have read, it seems like the most devastating thing to happen to tomatoes is late blight, so perhaps exel lg?

Thanks
