You only need enough dry time for the Daconil to dry on the leaves before the next rain. The Ortho and Bonide formulations have enough sticking power that they won't wash off with a couple of brief showers and will protect the plant during that time. You don't need to re-apply after every rain. In fact I prefer to apply right before a rain, because if there are spores floating around in the area they can land on the leaf and start an infection during that wet weather, while you are waiting for it to stop raining. Daconil only provides a protective barrier against spore germination. It won't stop an infection that has already started. I don't wait until it warms up and dries off after a rain to spray for LB protection. Dry warm weather discourages spore germination all on its own.

If you get a lot of heavy rain and the spray does eventually wash off, just reapply a day or so sooner than you normally would, as long as it stops raining long enough for the spray to dry on the leaves.
