Default SPIDER MITES

WEll it hit100 degrees today and guess what, one of my plants has spider mites. I broke out the take down and sprayed.
I've got a question. Should I just pull this plant or try to fight it and hope the mites to move to the rest of my plants. The plants on both sides didn't show any signs of infestation. I'm afraid if they do move they will just keep going down the fence and get the other eight there. Throw me a bone and give me your thoughts.
Thanks Bruce
PS they devistate my topmatoes last yr so I'm gun shy
