Need help finding the most cold hardy tomato varieties

I would really appreciate any help with advise in order to find the most cold tolerant tomato, eggplant, sweet peppers, green (snap bean) cucumber plants.
Glad to pay for any seeds that fit the description.
I am planning to start planting in the fall in Cyprus. September and October outdoors in fields.

So I need the toughest varieties there are in terms of cold resistance.
I would also need to know which also are the most productive varieties in terms of yield.
