cracking on new fruit?
I've never seen this and google search was unsuccessful. So I ask the experts!
The new fruit on my black carbon is splitting vertically. All of the fruit came that set in the last week are doing this. This plant is growing in a 32 gallon self watering container and sharing the space with 1 other plant that has no issues. Both plants seem super healthy The watering is consistent (swc) and the temps have been high the last few days but not high enough to stop fruit set. What the heck is this? I'm not sure if this will heal or if I should just pick them off. Maybe something specific to this variety? Never grew it before. Thanks for any help! |
