Default feeding soil in offseason

i have a raised bed composed of 1/3 peat 1/3 compost 1/3 vermiculite(absorbent). this is known as mels mix.

anyways i have been reading about molasses and have considered feeding the soil in the tomato offseason. i am not sure if its necessary during the cold months but i'm thinking it couldnt hurt.

i wont be growing anything other than tomatoes in this bed so im not worried about fall or early spring crops.

just an fyi- mels method is to add compost to the bed when removing the tomato plant in the fall. i have composted rabbit manure and composted grass and hay. i plan to add both to the "hole" when removing the tomato plants from this season
