Preserving Basil
Hi All,
I have tons of blanched basil ice cubes in my freezer. Today, I pulled out 2 big plants of basil (genovese and cinnamon). I wanted to get advice on how to dry basil. First is it worth it? I have read a lot of mixed opinions. I don't have a dehydrator, so if I do dry the basil then it will be in the oven. Thanks for you help. Angelique |
