Do you know any florists? Better yet do you know any restaurants? A restaurant will have both a walk-in Refer and walk-in Freezer.
The special Florist evaporator coil is made especially for keeping cuttings in a healthy type of low-ish temp setting. However it does not provide a freezing temp possibility I do not think. Gary |
