Default For Raybo - Re: Dona

Hi Rayo,

Great to read on other threads that you seem to be doing so well since your stroke a while back!

I was wondering, if you're feeling up to it and so inclined, if you could give us a little report on how your trials last spring and summer went with your Dona F1 from France vs the OP Dona. Could you tell much of a difference between the two? Also, how would you rate either Dona against Goose Creek, Odoriko, and Momotaro? I'm working on my tomato plans for the upcoming season here in Merced, and since I've decided to try grafting this year - running controls for the grafted varieties, I find myself running out of space and trying to pare down my list. Since you're the only other person I know growing all these varieties, and whose opinion I trust <g>, I'd really appreciate a review!

BTW any other recent or new stand-outs you've grown in the past year?

Thanks!
Anne
