Anyone Else Growing Microgreens?

Not to be confused with baby greens, microgreens are harvested after their first set of true leaves come out, they are densely planted and harvested after just 2-3 weeks! They are very high in nutrients.

I started my first batch about 10 days ago and will soon be harvesting the microgreens from it. I started another batch two days ago and they have already sprouted.

I am hooked!
