Default Romaine Lettuce

http://www.durgan.org/URL/?CCTPL 16 April 2013 Romaine Lettuce
Eight Romaine lettuce plants were purchased in flats and placed in individual pots, which will be kept in the greenhouse for two weeks before planting in the outdoor garden. This procedure gives the plants strong roots and gives a good start when placed outdoors. Romaine lettuce plants can get quite large. Some is eaten fresh and the remainder is made into juice for off season use.
