Default Small dots in leafs when bright light/sun shines on them

Idk if this was over a aphid problem I had.But I noticed small dots(colorless) on some leafs when the sun came up,I can't see them under normal lighting though.
I'm guessing it was from aphids....maybe leaf miners?I don't see any bugs on my plants though anymore.
I'm curious if it was just that or a sign of a disease.Only on one plant I noticed a black dot on a leaf, very small. No ring or yellowing around it.
