Wilting, slimy leaves?

I am trying to remain positive, but my plants are starting to look pathetic. This is Druzba on the right, and Black from Tula on the left. Just last week they were lush. ImageUploadedByTapatalk 21372893715.524999.jpg

And if that's not enough, now this junk has to mess with my (r to l) Camp Joy, Green Doctors, and Sungold F1? And the BB&B is still feeling pain. He does look better, but he is nearly naked.

I just sprayed (for the umpteenth time) with the dilute bleach spray. Once it dries, I will spray with the Exel LG and Actinovate. Might think about going back to the Macozeb and Copper, but I am not sure what's best at this point. I know I am not growing these plants for foliage, but at this rate...I am scared that the fruit will be next. Argh! The rain must stop.
