mari.beth Tomatovillian™ Join Date: May 2013 Location: Knoxville, TN Posts: 54	Saving seeds from blanched tomatoes? I want to make pomodoro sauce from my black plum tomatoes (VERY well-producing plants for me despite blight!) I need to blanch the tomatoes, but I want to save some of the seeds. If I follow the steps located in an earlier thread for fermenting / drying, will seeds from a tomato that has been blanched be viable? I never have saved seeds, so I have a lot to learn in this area!!
